Dispatch & Routing

The Dispatching Module allows for dispatching individuals/teams to work sites over fixed or variable time frames. It gives you the tools to manage your service orders and technicians' time. With the ability to sort your orders by service type, geographical location or by territory, you can narrow down your orders, and then use our mapping technology to plan and schedule the most efficient route.

Contracts

This module can be configured for one time or completely flexible billing cycles that can be independent of the service cycles. Cost structures and service frequencies are highly configurable, which support forecasting labor and materials demand and profits based on existing contracts.

Service History

All service events and inspection reports are tied to the customer's equipment and are always available and re-printable through an easy to use interface.
